So, I decided to launch a blog!
Since releasing my children's book retelling the Welsh folk tale 'The Giant of Gilfach Fargoed', I've had lots of interest from schools regarding working with them. I feel so privileged that my work is inspiring children to be creative and wanted to have a place of my own where I can share work they produce, and any other exciting news I may have!
Today I received some letters from pupils of Year 4 at Aberbargoed primary school. They wanted to invite me to visit the school to look at their project on 'cynefin' (habitat), where they've been using my book as inspiration for their work. A stand out line from one of the letters was "Ultimately, the future success of year 4 lies in your hands. With just one visit from you, morale can be boosted."
